Chicken Ingredients:


4x chicken thighs


2x teaspoons olive oil


A little bit of salt


Method:


Put the 4 pieces of chicken in a microwave  bowl .Poor your 2 teaspoons of oil and a little salt over it .


Toss ( turn he chicken around a few times ) the chicken sow that both sides has oil and salt .


Put the microwave   bowl in the microwave  on two min. each side until reedy.


Rise Ingredients:


4x hand full of Brown Rise .


Boiling Water


Method:


Get another microwave bowl and put the rise in the bowl . poor the boiling water on top of the rise ( about 4cm above the rise must be water ) .Put the microwave bowl in the microwave . Put the microwave on for 10min. then sir and do again ( if there are no more water put some more in ) until soft .


Mild Tomato Sauce Ingredients:


3x Tomatos


125-250ml of water


5ml of olive oil


10ml Peri Peri / chili sauce


1x teaspoon black peper


1x teaspoon Basil pesto


1x teaspoon garlick


a little bit of salt


a tablespoon of red wine


a Little bit of  crushed   rosemary


3x teaspoon of Bisto ( if needed   to thicken )


a little bit of water ( if needed   to thicken).


Method:


Cut the tomatoes in 4 . all of the ingredients except the bisto and a little water in a blender. Blend until smooth .


Put it in a pot and bring to boil .  If  you want to thicken it put the bisto in a cup whit   a little water and stir and add to sauce.


Serving Suggestions:


Take a bowl and put the rise at the bottom of  the bowl . put the piece of chicken the middle of the rise ( on top of the rise )  and poor the sauce over so that it covers the rice .
